**Advice Support Administrator (10275)**

**Advice Support Administrator - 12 month FTC**
**Location**:Leeds
**What is the team like?**
Central Administration Unit for Financial/Wealth Planning responsible for the processing of all business generated by client facing teams.
**What will your key responsibilities be?**
- Processing of new business and client servicing documentation by liaising with both the client facing teams and product providers.
- Providing annual and ad hoc valuations for our clients including any regulatory requirements.
- Recording/matching all income received from product providers and clients for advice given.
- Maintaining the quality and accuracy of all data on X Plan.
**What skills and knowledge is ideally required?**
- Good Attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manner, listens actively and questions to clarify own understanding.
- Written communication grammatically correct, with good spelling and punctuation.
- Prioritises and makes effective use of time with good organisation skills.
**Other attributes that would be helpful, but not essential for the role.**
- Knowledge of Financial Planning Products and Processes
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Experience using Iress X Plan.
