This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrator to join our fast-paced infrastructure and energy team to work in our Leeds office. The role will be to provide efficient high level administrative tasks, including financial analysis and forecasting, invoicing and client management, anti-money laundering checks and other compliance due diligence, typing and preparation of communications and documents, maintenance of electronic file systems, diary management and other administrative duties as required.

**Main tasks**:
Produce accurate and well-presented documents including reports, client correspondence and spreadsheets within agreed time frames
Juggle and prioritise tasks efficiently
Raise client invoices, budgets and forecasts and assist with out of pocket expenses as required
Provide senior administration support to the head of energy and to other partners, managers and staff as reasonably required
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of compliance information such as Standard Operating Procedures and anti money laundering etc.
Copy typing, and drafting of letters, reports, invoices etc.
Input to diaries and organisation of meetings including co-ordination with external parties
Provide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all who visit or contact the office
Maintain close communication with other administrators across different divisions to ensure efficient running of the department at all times
Effectively liaise with other relevant professionals to maintain a sound working knowledge of all relevant areas of work
