As a Pension Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate adherence to departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory responsibilities.

**What you'll do**:
As a Pension Administrator, you will be at the heart of our client's operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective processing of tasks within the Pensions department. This includes but is not limited to Sipp referrals, data feeds, contributions, benefits, deceased cases, Pension Sharing Orders, PTA opening, PTA Valuations, PTA withdrawal, and day-to-day administration tasks. You will also build good relationships with both internal departments and external stakeholders while providing the highest quality service to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet the requirements of both internal and external customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all customer documents and returned queries.
- Handle all departmental administration tasks with high accuracy.
- Escalate any unresolved issues to Senior Administrators with sufficient information for investigation.
- Continually challenge policy, processes, and procedures, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Be part of the departmental telephone query team supporting all queries and requests from internal customers.
- Maintain the organisation’s first line of defence by adhering to business processes and procedures designed to meet regulatory standards.
