**SALES / FITTER - Window Blinds and Curtains**

**Elite Blinds** manufacture window blinds and curtains for domestic and commercial customers in the Lisburn / Belfast and greater Belfast areas.

Due to continued success and growth, we are looking for a window blind and curtain sales fitter / installer for our made to measure service.

**The Role**

As Sales / Fitter, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, both retail and commercial. You will be required to precisely and accurately measure and record window dimensions together with providing advice to customers on suitable window coverings and options. You will then provide verbal and written quotations to customers, as required. You will be required to make arrangements for fitting and subsequently install blinds at agreed times/dates.

**Essential Criteria**:
Previous experience in:

- a role requiring you to precisely and accurately measure dimensions
- a face to face sales role
- a fitting or installation role
- working with power tools
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Availability to work flexibly on weekdays, plus Saturdays from 10am to 2pm on a rota basis
- High levels of attention to detail and ability to solve problems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Accurate timekeeping and record keeping

Basic plus commission: £25-40k per annum OTE

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
