Administrator/Help Desk Assistant
We have an opportunity for an Administrator/Help Desk Assistant to join us on a part time basis, working weekends.

The role includes:

- Supporting the business by ensuring customer communication is managed to the highest level
- Assisting customers over the telephone with parking related enquiries
- General administration tasks to include the use of Microsoft word, excel and outlook
- Updating internal software and systems
- Collate data and information and keep accurate records
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills on the phone and in person
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Good customer service skills

The hours for this role are 26 hours per week, working:
Evenings (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday), Saturday and Sunday.

The rate of pay is £11.00 per hour.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 26 per week

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birmingham, West Midlands: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
