Head of Customer Acquisition

If you are a strong team leader with a strategic mindset, who comes from a commercial/product background across savings, or closely aligned retail banking products, we want to hear from you Denholm currently have an excellent opportunity with one of our clients,a British retail bank, who are looking to recruit a Head of Customer Acquisition, on an initial 13 month FTC, to join their team as a senior leader in the business.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Setting the Acquisition and Business Development strategy, outcomes and OKRs for acquiring new customers
- Development of the priorities, plan, and performance metrics to drive and deliver commercial, customer & conduct outcomes in line with our clients overarching customer strategy to achieve the acquisition targets for the year
- Delivery through building and leading multi-functional teams of SMEs from across the bank to achieve value for my Value Stream and Customers
- Being a role model for Agile ways of working empowering my team to take responsibility for and owning delivery of the plan.
- Identifying and implementing initiatives to optimise conversion of leads to sales and minimise funnel drop out
- Looking towards the future supporting the Director and working collaboratively with the leadership team to develop and deliver a vision, strategy and plan to influence customers
- Actively Manage the Agile Backlog and Agile Release Planning approach to deliver our strategic and tactical plans
Key skills and experience we are looking for:
- A strategic mindset, sees ahead to future possibilities and translates them into strategies.
- Demonstrate savings experience
- Experience of working in an agile manner and organising teams around customer value.
- Utilise your significant experience of customer acquisition.
- Be a strong team leader and cultural ambassador for change.
- Applies expertise to serve as the organisational authority on conducting research and analysing data to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer and market conditions that enables maximum return on investments.
- Acts as the organization's authority and established expert to develop solutions based on an understanding of the business environment and objectives.
