We are an asset success platform specialising in battery energy storage, and we want to be the Bloomberg of energy as the world transitions to net zero. We’ve achieved a huge amount in our first few years and have big plans for the future: we’re looking for exceptional people to come and join us to help us get there

**The role**:
We are looking for a motivated and adventurous individual** **to join our Content & Community team as an **Events Creator**. We've had lots of great feedback on our events from our customers and our wider network - but we always want to be upping our game You don't need to have had loads of experience in organising events to date - **the most important thing we're looking for is a fresh perspective and a constant stream of new ideas to make our events absolutely awesome**.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has a huge passion for events and ensuring people truly enjoy themselves.
- Has high emotional intelligence and understands what makes an incredible customer/guest experience.
- Has strong communication, organisational and project management skills.
- Is eager to dive headfirst into problems and picks things up quickly.
- Has a keen eye for detail and exceptionally high standards for their work.

**Though every day will be different, you can expect to spend time**:

- Developing creative concepts for events (both in-person and online, in the UK and beyond) and executing them from start to finish.
- Researching, evaluating and selecting event venues, suppliers, and vendors.
- Developing and implementing event marketing and promotional strategies to drive excitement, attendance and engagement.
- Making sure we have incredible swag for our events.
- Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure events will achieve their goals and objectives.
- Managing the planning for and day-of-event operations.
- Evaluating event success and gathering feedback from attendees to continuously improve.
- Wearing a number of hats as you support the wider team in content generation, social media management, building our community and more.
