RFG Advisory is committed to delivering a fully supported platform for independent financial advisors. This role will focus heavily on targeting new financial advisors to join RFG. We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

The Marketing Coordinator B2B will be responsible for creating, owning and executing integrated marketing plans to drive new platform to financial advisors to the RFG Advisory family. By reaching the wealth management industry, centers of influence, and third party recruiters and custodians, the ideal candidate will amplify the message in the industry. Must have a strong marketing background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for the financial services industry.

Location :

This position may be remote or located in the Birmingham, AL office. If in Birmingham, we offer a hybrid schedule 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.

Reports To :

Director of Marketing

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate press releases with the external PR firm to promote company news and achievements.
  • Execute and promote industry awards applications to enhance the firm's reputation and visibility.
  • Create presentations for webinars to educate potential clients and industry professionals about our services and expertise.
  • Work with content creators on recruiting collateral and funnel marketing to attract Advisor recruits to the firm.
  • Manage ideation, creation and execution of industry advertising and reporting to ensure marketing efforts are effective and meet goals.
  • Coordinate industry event participation, including securing speaking engagements and booth presence, to increase brand awareness and industry engagement.
  • Create content and collateral for firm events, such as client seminars and networking events, to enhance the client experience and strengthen relationships.

Requirements

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

Experience :

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services

Skills :

  • Must be technologically proficient and have a willingness and desire to learn new technologies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems. Preferably HubSpot
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop and implement unique branding strategies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
  • Capable of prioritizing workflow to meet real-time needs.
  • Flexible and approachable member of the team who can effectively handle shifting schedules and tasks.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint preferred
