**Content Creation**:

- Bring products to life through irresistible e-commerce product descriptions that resonate with potential customers.
- Polish and refine content in English, ensuring it sparkles with creativity and precision.

**Community Management**:

- Seize the spotlight by publishing attention-grabbing posts on all our social media channels, ensuring maximum impact.
- Master the art of online feedback management, responding swiftly and professionally to create a positive online experience.
- Ignite a sense of belonging within our community, boosting engagement rates and expanding our ever-growing legion of followers.
- Be a trailblazer, constantly experimenting with posting timings and best practices to keep our social media strategy ahead of the curve.
- Unleash your marketing prowess across blogs, newsletters, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to foster deep connections.
- Collaborate with our Ads specialist to orchestrate captivating and measurable awareness ad campaigns that leave a lasting impression.
- Take the lead in crafting strategic online marketing and communications plans that will help us conquer our yearly KPIs.
- Let your creative juices flow as you plan and organize unforgettable events, activities, and giveaways that will leave a lasting impact.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Be a data-driven decision-maker, using analytics insights to review your work and make strategic adjustments.
- Showcase your analytical prowess by creating social media reports that paint a vivid picture of our success, featuring key metrics like engagement rates, follower growth, comparative analysis, and benchmarking.
- Dive deep into the numbers, providing insightful analysis that uncovers the story behind the change and sets the stage for our future success.

**Job Requirements:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, with a strong understanding of content pillars, content calendars, and Instagram grid planning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Proven experience in working with influencers and managing user-generated content (UGC).
- Ability to collaborate closely with graphic designers and ads specialists to bring content to life.
- Superior knowledge of social media platforms, including a deep understanding of trends, best practices, and channel management, particularly on Instagram and Facebook.
- A track record of consistently delivering high-quality and creative content across various platforms.
- Advanced research skills, both primary and secondary, to gather insights and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Exceptional skills in creative ideation and the ability to source innovative ideas for content creation.
- Knowledge of managing e-commerce websites is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of online retail and customer experience.
- Proficiency in editing reels or TikTok videos is an advantage, showcasing your ability to create engaging and dynamic visual content.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
