**Role: TikTok / Reels Content Creator**

**Salary: £25,000 - £33,000**

**Location: Birmingham**

**CX Squared are on the hunt for a legendary content creator who has experience with TikTok,** reels or other user-generated content, to join their social media team to supercharge the content across a range of customer's social media. Thisis working for a global social media agency.

What You'll Be Doing
- You will have a lot of autonomy and a lot of responsibility. This means you will have the freedom and flexibility to constantly test new things.
- You will be able to see your experiments through and reap the rewards when those experiments succeeds
- The role will be in the office with opportunities to go to different events and meet global brands.

Your duties:

- Content creation (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Social media strategy (incorporating budget expectations)
- Feedback insightful data from social to help create content

Essential Skills:

- Experienced user of all major social media platforms and enjoys discovering new trends
- Creative individual
- Enjoys working in a team
- Be excited by helping a growing brand find new audiences in the creative world.
- Knowledge of TikTok itself, including filming, editing and features
- Experience in managing TikTok accounts (either personal or business accounts)
- Experience in content creation and presentation of ideas
- Experience in sourcing viral content
- Experience in video editing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with evidence of being able to balance projects and prioritise
- A deep understanding of Tik Tok and the wider social and media landscape
- A proven ability to problem solve and change approaches with trends or shifts on social media platforms

You will have a blank canvas to own these TikTok / Instagram accounts and be creative with the content you create.
