The Talent Acquisition Consultant will:
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to qualify recruitment needs
- Use a combination of advertising and direct sourcing to recruit to the firm’s vacancies
- Build a network of prospective talent through pipelining via LinkedIn and Taleo
- Curate vacancies and ensure hiring managers and HRBPs are updated on the progress of their recruitment
- Co-ordinate selection processes and interviews with hiring managers
- Offer talent acquisition guidance and support to hiring managers around HR best practices and compliance
- Handle offer negotiations and support onboarding in tandem with the HR Advisors
- Keep record of talent acquisition metrics and present to the Talent Acquisition Manager
- Play an active role in pushing social media activity to promote our employer brand and vacancies
- Work with Talent Acquisition Manager to organise and manage the annual student assessment process (both graduate and school leavers).
- Proven work experience as an Internal or Agency Recruiter
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Good knowledge of UK employment law with regards to recruitment and selection
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
Desirable:
CIPD qualifications
- Experience in co-ordinating assessment centres
- Experience in administering psychometric and aptitude testing
- Experience in hiring Accountancy/Financial Services vacancies
