Customer Revenues Officer

Helping Hands has been established for over 30 years and throughout that time the Accounts Receivable Team has grown and developed and is a key function within the business. To contribute to and exceed upon future growth we are recruiting for an assistant at our support office in Alcester.
This role will
- Ensuring all Visiting Care & LI invoices are run off promptly and accurately and no amounts on Access remain un-invoiced at any time.
- Resolve any invoice queries or re-invoicing requests from Credit Control or the Operational teams in a timely manner. Prioritising based on individual exceptions.
- Deal with changes to funded customers for live in and visiting care before next invoice is due.
- Submission of all funded invoices through the relevant portals or spreadsheets, timely.
- Assisting with all exports which are processed out of Access into Sage 200 daily.
- Produce ad-hoc private invoices daily.
- Set up of all funded accounts for Operations to input daily calls.
- Increase annually all visiting care and LI prices, as directed.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks which relate to invoicing customers & setting up rates on Access for business purposes.
