**We are looking for a Student Experience Supervisor to join our team.**

You will provide all students and visitors with an outstanding experience in Kaplan training locations. You’ll ensure all administrative tasks within the remit of Student Experience are completed efficiently, in a timely manner and to a high standard, as well as ensuring the training location is ready for our students during operating hours.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Office Manager who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

**About You**

You’ll be natural at customer service and genuinely want to help people. You will also have:

- Experience of acting in a supervisory role is desirable
- Excellent communication skills particularly face-to-face communication
- Experience of working within a customer focused environment
- A service driven approach
- A proactive mindset, be personable and have a desire to make a difference
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Experience in solving challenges at short notice
- A willingness to be flexible and work within the required business hours
