**Student Experience Team Member**

**Location**:Moorfield, 29 Hatton Garden, Liverpool, L3 2EZ

**Salary**:£9,586 - £10,164 + bonus + benefits (depending on experience)

**Hours**:15 hours per week. Student Experience Team Members (Weekends) work Saturdays and Sundays, either on a 7am to 3pm, or 2pm to 10pm shift, rotating each week.

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the Student Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same

**What you'll be doing as a StudentExperience Team Member**:

- Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
- Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
- Planning and running events for our students

**What we're looking for**:

- A caring, warm person with a positive attitude
- An excellent communicator; as a StudentExperience Team Member you'll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
- You'll also have great time management and organisational skills
