**Accounts Admin - £18,000 - £20,000 Per Annum - East Suffolk - Full Time Office-Based**

**Reed Accountancy and Finance** are proud to be working with an industry leading travel company in the East Suffolk area seeking an **Accounts Admin**to join their team.

As part of a well-established organisation, the **Accounts Admin** will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure all related tasks are effectively completed which will in turn contribute towards the efficiency of the company moving forward.

The **Accounts Admin** position itself entails the following in summary:
**The Role in Summary**
- Produce customer invoices and credit notes accurately, efficiently and in accordance with local procedure
- Maintain accurate costing records consistent with established procedure
- Ensure transactions are processed timely and optimal cash flow timing is achieved
- Create and process purchase orders to reflect procurements
- Reconcile allocated supplier accounts, which encompasses producing reports and processing invoices
- Ensure effective controls are in place
- Maintain effective communications with internal and external teams and deal with queries
- Assist with the production of related measures for presentation to senior management
- Maintain procedure notes
- Monitor and evaluate processes and suggest improvements where needed
- Contribute to ensuring effective corporate governance, risk management and internal controls
- Other ad-hoc duties necessary as directed by your line manager
- Educated to GSCE level, or equivalent, in Mathematics and English (Essential _ (Essential)_
- Intermediate Excel skills (_Desirable_)
- Experience of working in a dynamic finance environment (_Essential)_

**Working Schedule, Benefits and Salary Offered**
- £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (Full-Time equivalent) dependant on experience.
- Full-time, office based, Monday to Friday. 37.5 hour working week.
