**Responsibilities**
- You will provide administration support to the Account Management team
- You will be responsible for processing new orders, sourcing items and preparing quotations
- Organising logistics
- Raising Quotations
- Organising product visuals and checking artwork proofs
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries
- General administration duties

**Requirements**:

- Previous admin experience in an office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment where you will have multiple projects on the go at once
- Good IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems and products quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great team ethic and customer service
- Thoroughness, accuracy and an eye for detail
- Able to prioritise and manage several tasks at once
- Polite and friendly manner
- A team player with passion and drive to succeed
- Trustworthy and appreciate need for confidentiality
- An appetite to learn and progress further.
