**Who, What, Where...**

This is Alexander Faraday Recruitment are excited to be working with a large leisure business who are seeking 3 Recruitment Coordinators to join their teams at 3 different sites across North, North-West and West London.

**The Role**

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the administration of high-volume recruitment working closely with the Recruitment Officer and the other Recruitment Team members to coordinate recruitment activities for the business.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Production of employment contracts and filing in line with GDPR
- Covering for the Recruitment Officer as and when required which will involve recruiting roles
- Managing and updating data
- Compile and distribute weekly reports
- Managing ad hoc projects
- Organising and running open days and recruitment fairs
- Assist in organising training and inductions for new starters

**What You’ll Bring**
- Recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential if you have proven experience of working in a high volume coordination environment
- Experience of dealing with people both face to face and over the phone
- Experience in an administrative environment
- Strong PC Skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly
