Job description

We are searching for a Health and Social care Trainer working for Social Care Academy in Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Solihull.

This is a fantastic opportunity within the organisation.

**Main tasks of job**:

- Undertake visits to learner’s place of work and carry out assessments
- Carry out detailed inductions on learners
- Provide relevant information and guidance to learners
- Develop learners in order to maximise learning opportunities
- Provide individualised guided learning
- Maintain health and safety standards of self and learners
- Maintain up to date sector specific CPD
- Promote equality and diversity in the workplace
- Inform line manager of any problems as soon as they arise
- Act in a professional manner at all times

Able to manage caseload

**Minimum Requirements**:
Experience working as a Trainer in the care industry

Desired experience within the sector (Health & Social care)

Good administration skills (including good use of Office ICT systems)

Excellent communication skills

Car owner and willingness to travel to Evesham, Pershore, Solihull

Work Remotely

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £9,984.00-£11,648.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 per week
