**The day to day**
- You will facilitate and conduct the Majesticare model of Induction for all team members.
- Supporting new team members, mentoring and coaching them through their first 6 weeks.
- You will become an inspirational 'Role Model' for the team at Cavendish Park to learn from.
- Passionate about personal development, you will keep your own training skills up to date and undertake all training necessary to successfully conduct your role.

**Your experience & skills**
- As our care home Team Mentor, your role will be varied, challenging, and exciting With your experience, you will thrive in supporting Majesticare with our commitment to provide motivation and inspiration in training our team to be the very best.
- Talented in adapting your approach you will be experienced in a variety of training methods including face-to-face, e-learning, and mentorship programs. You are personable, positive, and know just how to engage with your team and bring out the best in people.
- Your role will be paramount in maintaining individual and team performance, ensuring consistently high standards are delivered and maintained in line with Majesticare expectations and the governing bodies within the care sector.
- In line with mandatory Government vaccination guidelines, we require you to be double vaccinated with an approved Covid-19 Vaccine by 11.11.21 to be able to work in a care home.
