Customer Success Retention Specialist

Tradify Limited, a computer software company, is seeking a Customer Success Retention Specialist to join their London-based team. You will have the opportunity to help tradespeople transform their businesses and positively impact their lives by providing exceptional customer service and support. The company is seeking energetic individuals who are passionate and excited to build something meaningful.
**Responsibilities**:
- Working with at risk customers, and assisting in finding those at risk, to train them on using our platform as well as reviewing their set up and assisting them to improve their health score and overall adoption of Tradify.
- Answering cancellation calls to understand reasons for churn and implementing tactics to save customers, such as training and support to reactivate customers.
- Work with customers to increase loyalty and quickly devise solutions to their problems
- Talk to customers on the phone and help troubleshoot and train so that they can maximize their usage of Tradify
- Based on feedback from customers, make recommendations on future retention strategies
- Identify and escalate technical issues to the appropriate team
- Share customer feedback with the product team to drive product improvements
**Requirements**:
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring our customers activate and use Tradify to help their Trades Business thrive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a customer-focused role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with customer service software/tools
- The ability to work 2 late shifts per week
