**The role of UK Sales Manager - Medical Devices Theatre Equipment & Consumables**:

- Take full ownership and management of our client’s fast-growing Capital/Critical care, Consumables and Pre-hospital (including POC) sales divisions
- Coach, lead and mentor an already successful team of 6 field sales representatives
- Responsible for the promotion and development of the product portfolios to an agreed target market within the Healthcare sector
- Increase overall sales volume of products by supporting development of sales staff
- Gain In-depth product knowledge, features, benefits, demonstrations, pricing, and promotions
- Present product portfolio to customer groups as agreed with Manager
- Build knowledge of territories and competitors which result in a high level of business management across all divisions.
- Provide technical expertise to customers and staff
- Develop excellent business relationships with all customers
- Build strong relationships with key suppliers in each division
- Execute marketing and business strategies for each division and product areas.
- Always demonstrate the highest professional standards when representing the company and its principals
- Report to and work closely with your direct line manager and sales team.
- Provide feedback to your line manager relating to your strategies, team’s projects status and competition activity including summarising weekly call reports and journey plans.
- Ensure compliance with company ethics, business standards and policies and always maintaining and sustaining the company’s integrity
- Provide positive and constructive collaboration and communication with both internal and external staff and customers

**The requirements for the UK Sales Manager - Medical Devices Theatre Equipment & Consumables**:

- Before making this exciting career move you will already have 3+ years of experience managing field sales teams of 3 or more people across any type of medical devices/surgical/critical care capital equipment, devices, or consumable product areas in thePrimary and/or Secondary care markets
- You could have current or previous experience working for companies such as Stryker, Medisave, Williams Medical, J&J, GE, Philips, Siemens, Merck, DePuy, Hillrom, Baxter, Bioventus, Zimmer Biomet or similar companies
- Strong commercial background demonstrated by previous commercial achievements in the medical devices/surgical/critical care markets
- Direct experience of selling to hospital theatres and a good understanding of how they operate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Flexibility to adapt plans to suit business demands
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to learn and retain product specific information as it pertains to the position
- Full and preferably clean driving licence and valid passport

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Basic Salary Circa £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
- £20,000 OTE which is completely achievable & fully uncapped
- Fully expensed BMW 3 Series company car or competitive car allowance
