We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to assist the Head of Sales & Acquisitions to proactively market and sell properties and to grow the acquistion and investment side of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively find new sources of property/vendors and manage and nurture those opportunities with regular contact
- Provide sales support by fielding incoming calls, dealing with sales enquiries, booking and conducting viewings.
- Matching purchasers to properties to achieve the best sale prices
- Develop local marketing strategy, including developing our prescence on social media
- Nurture and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct market appraisal appointments
- Conduct viewings, negotiate and close deals, resulting in a targetted amount of sales per quarter
- Proactively market the properties ensuring the Style Guide is ahered to at all times
- Manage the sales diary to ensure adequate office cover at all times
- Ensure compliance with all money laundering regulations, guaranteeing that all Lexus Nexus reports are generated in all cases
- To regularly progress the sales process through to completion via contact with solicitors/vendors/purchasers
- Engaging with investors, promoting and developing the Investor Club
- Stand in for Head of Sales & Acquisitions as and when required

**Requirements**:

- This is a great opportunity to work with an established property company and would suit someone with proven track record in the sales or letting industry.
- A high standard of written English is essential and a high level of competency in the Microsoft Office suite is also required.
- Proven ability to manage workload and prioritise appropriately
