We are looking for a new team member on a temporary basis who is professional, confident, enthusiastic, highly organized, and customer-focused who has a background and experience in recruitment.

This is will be a temporary role for 3 months.

If you have some experience in both specialized and high-volume recruitment, this is a great opportunity for you to join one of the world's best games testing companies.

**Office Location**

Liverpool, England, United Kingdom

**Key Accountabilities**:

- You will use Workable, the World’s leading recruitment software.
- You will create and update our job advertisements, create flyers and posters, and use social media to support our recruitment requirements.
- You will update and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly, face to face, on the phone and in writing.
- Ability to manage large amounts of work and process details - so you need to be really organized.
- Effective use of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel.
- You will attend and help organize Recruitment Fairs or any event, both in person and online if needed.
- Support the HR Department in any activity related to recruitment or onboarding.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally you are passionate about recruitment and can demonstrate drive and initiative to make things happen.
- You are confident when talking to people face to face as you will be engaging with often quite shy people.
- You enjoy working as part of a team but also not afraid of running something on your own as you will sometimes be at a recruitment fair on your own running the stand.
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly, face to face, on the phone and in writing.
- Ability to manage large amounts of work and process details - so you need to be really organised.
