Liverpool, United Kingdom Countrywide Recruitment Specialists Full time

Countrywide Recruitment Specialists is looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to join our existing and successful team based in Walton office Liverpool. The two key functions of this role are firstly, selling the company services to prospective clients both over the telephone and face to face, and secondly, delivering our high-quality service and maintaining relationships.

The role will be focused more on the Industrial sector, working on temporary/ permanent roles, helping clients fill vacancies such as Warehouse Operatives, FLT Drivers, Pickers & Packers, Administration, Operations, Accounts, Warehouse/Transport Managers etc...

**Key responsibilities**
- Identifying and developing client/business relationships
- Planning and liaising with client regarding shifts.
- Managing Industrial Desk.
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client
- Managing Clients daily requirements for staff
- Generating new business and forecasting for weekly meetings
- Negotiating pay and charge rates and finalising arrangements between client and company.
- A strong and proven track record in 360 Recruitment running a Temp desk, networking and/or client development abilities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong Industrial business acumen
- A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
- The ability to overcome objection and be persistent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
