An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust’s dynamic eRostering team, covering the eRostering Lead during a period of maternity leave.

eRostering relates to a software solution that supports clinical and non-clinical rosters and annual leave management throughout the clinical areas within the Trust. It allows for rotas to be produced and amended, monitoring of vacant shifts, annual leave and shortfalls in staffing and is the system through which the majority of substantive and bank timesheets are electronically paid. The role will involve managing and co-ordinating a team of 5 eRostering Advisors to deliver the service across a Trust of over 10,000 dedicated staff.

You will provide maternity cover for a period of 12 months, deputising for the Head of Temporary Staffing & eRostering as appropriate. You will have line management responsibilities for 6 colleagues, in addition to responsibility for project management and coordination within the eRostering workstream and driving positive changes to rostering Key Performance Indicators. You will be based at Duncan Macmillan House in Mapperley, however must be able to travel to other Trust sites as required. Core working hours are Monday to Friday 8-4, although flexibility to work outside of these may be required as necessary.
