We are working with a large public sector employer to find a Head Of Workforce Planning.

This is a newly created role and requires strategic thinking abilities, analytical skills, strong communication and a real strength for stakeholder engagement, building collaboration and trust. The postholder will need to influence without direct power andbe able to provide a service which is valued and trusted by divisional leaders.

Accountabilities:

- Leading the approach to deliver a best practice approach to strategic workforce planning
- Ownership of the co-ordination and maintenance of the long-term workforce plan
- Lead the People Analytics Team to deliver an integrated division board to provide key insights
- Collaboratively work with various divisions within the organisation to influence and ensure future demand is accurately forecast and supply routes
- Understand economic and workforce trends
- Ownership of governance checks
- Influencing and communicating with senior colleagues
- Ensure that workforce planning is fully embedded in the business planning cycle
- Ensure a suite of reports and analytical insight is available
- Prepare reports for Committees on workforce planning data and analysis of trends

You will be the Key Decision Maker within this Team.

Must Haves:

- Analytical Background
- Strategic Planning & Developing Experience
- Experience using Power BI Application

Hybrid Working dependent on location.
