About You:
We are looking for a recent graduate with a degree in psychology, marketing, or a related field. You will be passionate about customer experience and have a desire to build a successful career in this field. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.

How we will help you develop:
You will receive comprehensive support and guidance from experienced professionals in developing an engaging journey that helps our customers to learn about their consumers and the building blocks to build a successful consumer journey.

**Responsibilities**:
Use consumer behaviour insights and knowledge of psychology to create engaging customer journeys.
Develop continuous improvement (CI) loops in partnership with sales and technology teams to optimise the customer experience.
Conduct research and analyse data to support the initial journey design.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
Continuously learn and develop knowledge of the industry and our products and services.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate the value of our solutions and drive sales growth.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in consumer psychology, marketing, or a related field
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and psychology
Keen interest in retail (specifically considered purchases)
An eye for detail and exceptional design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and results-oriented approach
Strong organizational and time-management skills
A team player with a collaborative mindset

Environment:
Conversity is an operationally profitable business committed to providing a high quality service to its clients between the normal working hours of 9.00am and 6pm from Monday to Friday (with the added benefit of half day Friday alternate weeks);It is expected the employee will sometimes work outside those hours when the need arises to ensure that delivery targets are met; The role is home based, but with on-site attendance at team workshops and company events 3-4 times a month (normally in London). Attendance at client/ partner sites is rare but may be required, including overnight stays if necessary. A Driving licence is desirable but not essential.
