We have an exciting opportunity to join us on a part-time team basis being part of our dynamic Front of House Elite Lunch Cover team covering ground-floor multi-tenanted receptions, as well as Media companies and flagship sites in Zones 1 and 2.

The role covers a portfolio of sites where you will experience and provide a diverse range of guest experiences by working with different teams, clients, customers, and technology innovations. The role provides a totally diverse array of front-of-house duties and responsibilities depending on what site you were covering on that particular day, so the variety will really keep you on your toes This is a Monday to Friday role, working on 10:00AM - 15:00PM shift Salary £14,443 per annum

About The Role

Responsibilities

Meet, Greet and Meeting Room Management

Be a Guest Experience Maker, by ensuring an engaging, quality, and memorable experience for all guests of the buildings you cover.

Providing a seamless service to all internal and external clients

Training on a variety of sites across London (from 15-25+) and moving from site to site depending on Operational requirements

Providing a 5-star meet and greet to all visitors promptly, efficiently and completing all related security procedures in a timely manner including offering all appropriate services to ensure smooth execution of the visitor journey

Escorting guests to appropriate lift lobbies and meeting rooms when requested

Managing the visitor management system including

issuing passesMeeting room management including bookings, amendments, and cancellations

Placing orders through suppliers for Food and Beverage including stationery orders

Undertake and supervise meeting room set-up for all on-site meetings and functions. This includes room layout, Audio-visual & IT set-up assistance (i.e., network connectivity)

Switchboard operations

Booking and creating parcels for couriers and receiving and organising post internally

Sound knowledge of all Health and Safety areas at each site in the portfolio
