**Butlin's Brand Chefs**

We’re looking for brand chefs at all levels across our resorts in Minehead, Skegness and Bognor Regis.

As a brand chef, you will have a base location at one of our resorts and will be offered weekly premiums to support other resorts where required. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a range of venues and locations as well as enhancing your salary.

Whether you have bags of experience or have a passion for all things food and are looking for your first shot in the world of professional kitchens, we could have the perfect opportunity for you here at Butlins.

We have programmes dedicated to your development, ensuring that regardless of the level you join us, we can offer you fantastic training opportunities allowing you to progress from Commis Chef all the way through to Head Chef level. We have development coursesrunning from as early as January 2023

Butlin’s has a range of fantastic food venues, all with unique offerings focused on delighting our guests so if you love variety, the buzz of a busy kitchen and a chance to get stuck in, we would love to hear from you

**About the Roles**

We have opportunities for Commis/ Trainee Chefs, Chef De Parties, Sous Chefs and Head Chefs to join us.

Working as a chef at Butlin’s gives you the opportunity to provide an amazing experience to our guests, wherever they choose to dine on our resorts. We offer a wide range of eateries including Italian and American restaurants with menus designed to exciteour guests.

We truly believe that variety is the spice of life and in these roles, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and perfect your skills in a selection of kitchens with a variety of cooking styles. You’ll work alongside other talented chefs and industry expertswith access to beautiful ingredients and varied menus.

**About You**

We have opportunities for chefs with varied levels of experience. Whether you are an experienced Head Chef or someone wanting to take their first step into a career in cookery, we have a role that will be a great fit. The one thing we look for consistentlyis a passion for delighting our guests and a fantastic ‘get stuck in’ attitude.

If you are interested in our Chef De Partie, Sous Chef and Head Chef roles, we are looking for solid experience in a similar role. You may also be looking to take the next step in your career, and some of our Head Chef roles would be suitable for an experiencedSous Chef looking for their first Head Chef appointment.

For our Commis/ Trainee Chef positions, no experience is necessary
