About The Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our Bognor Regis team for a period of 9-12 months to cover an internal secondment.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day resourcing and attraction of candidates, this will be done by direct sourcing from CV sites, social networks, job shows and ongoing Butlin’s events. This will also involve driving attraction through a range of marketing campaigns and building relationships with colleges / schools and other local institutes to find the right people for Butlin’s every time.

A big part of this role will be screening CVs and applications and liaising with candidates and hiring managers through the hiring processes, we have an experienced team in place at the resort dealing with between 50-100 vacancies across a number of specialisms including bars, restaurants and entertainment.
You will be a brand champion, promoting the Butlin’s experience to candidates from their initial engagement with us, right through to the warm welcome when they start work.

Typical working hours: as with all roles at Butlin’s, you should enjoy a fast-paced environment and working in an agile way. We operate all year, 7 days a week and as such, some weekend working will be required to support our operation in this role.

About You

We are looking for a passionate recruitment professional with strong experience in resourcing and candidate management.

Having worked in a  previous Recruitment advisor / resourcer position would be fabulous, this role could be a great opportunity to progress your career in an internal recruitment environment with an amazing business-like Butlin’s.

You should have a good knowledge of employment law relating to recruitment, including knowledge of right to work documentation, discrimination, and equal opportunities
A CIPD qualification may be considered but this is not essential. What is more important to us is your mindset, the ability to understand and connect to our culture and values and the drive to learn quickly.
