We are looking for a **Catering Apprentice (Apprenticeship in Production Chef (Multiskilled) Level Two)** to be involved in an award-winning social enterprise, The Sandwich People, providing quality food to local businesses and individuals, and training for individuals who are experiencing homelessness.

On completion of the apprenticeship, you will be awarded;
- Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (QCF)
- Functional Skills in English (Level 1)
- Functional Skills in Maths (Level 1)
- Employment Rights & Responsibilities (ERR)
- Personal Learning & Thinking Skills (PLTS)
- Any other training via William Booth College deemed necessary for personal development

You need to be a good team player with effective communication skills who brings a positive attitude to tasks at hand. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for providing a quality service to our customers and will enjoy the challenge of motivating and encouraging a team of volunteers'.

You will need to be in sympathy with the mission of The Salvation Army.
