Our client in Gloucester is a well-established and successful business who is widely regarded as an industry leader in their field. Due to exponential growth and market demand for their products and services, the business is in need of a proactive and dynamic HR Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. You might be an experienced HR Administrator in need of a new challenge or an Administrator who is eager to enhance your limited HR experience, either way we want to hear from you This is the perfect time to join this vibrant and successful business as they are experiencing tremendous growth, which has prompted the need to expand this department. As the Human Resources Administrator, you will be an integral member of the wider HR Team where you will provide support on all activities related to recruitment, payroll, employee benefits, and general administration duties. You will ultimately serve as the first point of contact for all relevant internal and external queries, providing advice while ensuring compliance with UK employment law. **Your Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and respond to all HR queries within an allocated time frame
- Provide support throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Process all new starter documentation and support with the onboarding process
- Ensure all personnel records are accurate and set up consistently
- Accurately maintain internal process paperwork relating to probation periods, reviews, etc.
- Provide basic advice on policies and procedures
- Collaborate with payroll to resolve queries relating to pay in a timely manner
- Support all employee forum activities
- Coordinate and record learning and developing activities in line with business objectives
- Monitor and action workflows via the HR system to ensure efficiency and accuracy
**Your Skills & Experience**:
- Previous experienced in a Recruitment or Administrator role with some human resources activities.
- Strong organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
- Discreet, resilient, and adaptable nature
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, databases, ATS software
- Knowledgeable on UK employment law and HR best practice
