**Job Scope**:
We are looking to recruit an HR Specialist to join us at Catalyst Care Group. The HR Administrator will support all the brands across the group, head of clinical governance and NI to support the business to deliver clinician related processes, vision, and strategy across the group, aligned with the law. This role will support clinicians within the group to resolve challenging issues.

The HR Specialist's role is pivotal in cultivating a positive and compliant environment for our clinicians and staff. This encompasses conflict resolution, compliance management, clinician engagement, and communication with other teams. Alongside guiding leaders and ensuring effective HR processes, they remain updated on laws to offer timely advice. Their involvement in investigations, appeals, and disciplinary processes upholds clinical governance standards. Collaborating closely with the Clinician Care team, the HR Specialist manages clinician loans, feedback, and customer service enhancement, contributing to a supportive work environment.

Furthermore, as an interim internal HR Specialist, they lead by example, coach the HR team, handle grievances, and provide invaluable guidance to leaders. They drive HR process delivery, ensure transparency, and contribute to talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding. As a single point of contact for HR, they foster strong relationships across the organization, while also monitoring compliance with regulations and company procedures. Overall, the HR Specialist's impact is vital for our organization's success, promoting effective HR management and a clinician-centric culture.
