London Phone Zone was founded in 2017 and is a local phone sales and repair shop dedicated to providing top-notch services and products to our valued customers. We are situated in the heart of Burnt Oak, Watling Avenue. We specialise in offering high-quality phones, accessories, and repair services, ensuring that our customers always stay connected and satisfied. We also have a wide variety of other electronic items such as speakers, hair clippers, juicers and TV's. As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor to join our team and contribute to our growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales Management**:
a) Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.

b) Track inventory and replenish stock as in when required.

**Customer Engagement**:
a) Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

b) Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

c) Act as a point of contact for escalated customer concerns, resolving conflicts effectively and professionally.

**Subject Matter Expertise**:
a) Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.

b) Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in phones and accessories.

**Requirements**:
a) English Language fluency.

b) Ability to communicate effectively with customers.

c) Interested in new technology especially related to iPhones and Androids. Repairing experience is not needed as we outsource most of our repairs.

d) Ability to follow instructions and must have an innovative and curios mindset.

e) We want to ensure that you are an excellent communicator hence you must be already present in the UK as interviews will be conducted in person.

**Salary**: £26,300.00 per year
