**We are looking to add to our growing team at our busy Maidstone head office**

Magnus Search are a leading Temporary Staffing provider within the industrial & facilities management sector.

**The Role**
- Allocating Temporary Workers to available shifts
- Ensuring high attendance levels & arranging for cover shifts at short notice
- Coordinating workers across multiple sites & job roles
- Dealing with temporary worker queries in a professional manner
- Recruiting Temporary Workers & ensuring they are compliant

The role will be working Mon-Fri 08:00-16:45, while also being part of the on-call team handling queries during weekends and evenings on a rotational basis. Flexible hours may be discussed at interview stage.
- Good telephone manner and comfortable spending large amounts of your day on the phone
- Strong organisational skills are essential
- Proficient with the use of CRM systems & Microsoft Excel
- Ideally previous experience working within the recruitment or workforce management sector

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
