**Title**:Grants Manager

**Salary: circa.**£28.20 per hour plus holiday pay (equivalent to £55,000 per annum pro rata)

**Contract**: 12 months temporary assignment

**Hours of work**: full-time (37.5 hours p/w) OR part time 3-4 days per week

**Location**:Hybrid, based in London (ideally 1-2 days p/w in the office, remainder WFH; open to condensed hours, and the Foundation operates on agile working patterns to suit your needs)

**Reports to**:Programme Director

Currently, the organisation is going through an exciting period of growth and, as such, are interested in bringing some specialist skill into their operation.

**About the role**:
At this time the organisation’s future strategy is maturing, and so they’re offering this broad and varied role as Grant Manager, duties of which will revolve around these key objectives:

- Maintain strong partner relationships through strong management of existing grants, in partnership with Portfolio Managers
- Lead the onboarding of new grants
- Draw insights and improve how we learn, finding opportunities to increase impact of funding

And much more therein and in between

**You will have**:

- Experience in grant administration for a funder
- Strong relationship management skills
- Own initiative / entrepreneurial mindset / an ability to work outside of set structures
- Attention to detail and a starter-finished mindset is absolutely essential

Additionally, you will want to be a Grant Manager We’re looking to hear from people who are flexible, empathetic, and natural problem-solvers with a keen eye for detail and a hunger to develop this new and exciting role
