**About the role**

We’re looking for a Clinical Product Executive to join the Clinical Product team. Reporting into the Head of Clinical Product and Operations, you’ll be working cross-functionally, particularly with the Product, Partnerships, Clinical Risk and Legal teams. The purpose of your role is ensuring that our healthcare products are of the highest quality, and providing the best healthcare solutions for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:
**Clinical Product and Innovation**
- Prioritising clinical quality, safety, and efficiency in all product initiatives.
- Driving clinical innovation and thinking of new and creative ways to make our health services better.

**Collaborating with other teams**
- Working closely with product teams, to bring in clinical expertise into product and service development.
- Working across teams in the business to ensure we are doing justice to our services and communicating our clinical capabilities accurately internally and externally.
- Leading cross-functional projects to drive clinical and product priorities.

**Clinical Governance and Risk**
- Identifying and mitigating clinical risk across product and service delivery.
- Championing Clinical Governance principles within Simplyhealth.

**Working with partners**
- Validating new partnerships and whether they meet our clinical standards
- Cultivating and managing relationships with third-party clinical service providers to make sure they meet our high standards, and our customers have a great experience.

**Clinical Service Provision and Quality**
- Monitoring, reviewing, and addressing clinical complaints, escalating issues when necessary.

**Other**
- Always putting the customers’ health and wellbeing first
- Making decisions based on evidence and data
- Staying up-to-date with industry healthcare trends
