Morgan Prestwich is thrilled to be partnering with a leading product development and regulatory consulting practice that serves the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Our client offers strategic and operational support in the fields of CMC, nonclinical and toxicology, clinical and medical and regulatory.


Position Overview

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Principal Consultant (Clinical). This person will be a seasoned expert in clinical strategy with established experience in leading technical discussions on various clinical development topics. The successful candidate will be providing high-quality regulatory advice both internally and externally in addition to assisting clients in crafting drug development plans.

*Just to note: this role includes line management responsibilities.


Must Haves

  • Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences (or equivalent)
  • A higher degree in a biomedical field or equivalent (a Life Sciences focused MSc or preferably a PhD)
  • 15+ years of drug development experience (with at least 5 years of experience in the biotechnology and regulatory affairs arenas)
  • Clinical development experience across various therapeutic areas
  • Familiarity and experience of negotiation with European, UK, and US regulatory authorities

  • Someone who has exemplary organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Someone who has exemplary verbal communication and presentation skills in English
  • Someone who has the ability to balance competing priorities


Location

This role will be flexible, working from home with a minimum of one office-based day(s) per month.
