**Recruitment Consultant - Office Support Languages Sector**

**Salary**:Competitive £25K - £30K basic, some flexibility depending on experience either greater or less
**Location**: Fully remote, ideally within 100 miles of Yorkshire area. Hybrid possible if near enough the office

We are a niche, boutique language recruitment business, focusing on matching German speakers with business job roles in the UK and Germany.

We are currently looking for a recruitment specialist to join us, who has some level of recruitment and sales experience already.

We are looking for someone who thrives when remote working and can work happily and effectively like this.

**Role Profile**
- First 3 or so months will shadow our director, to gain an understanding of how we do things
- And to be properly supported (above depends on experience and progress)
- Once established, role will be generating new clients for the business via outbound activity
- New prospect and company research
- Attending virtual client meetings over MS Teams, and taking high quality job briefs
- Producing high quality job specifications using our methodology
- And via external sourcing like LinkedIn
- Managing and negotiating the offer and placement process
- Providing a quality aftercare service

**The person we’re looking for**
- 1 - 2 years + of recruitment experience of any kind is what we’re really shooting for
- If you have less but are still open to learn, it could be a possibility and we would negotiate salary
- Dynamic, with a love for recruitment
- Able to work remotely, ideally with experience in previous remote jobs would be preferred
- Warm person who can easily connect and form relationships
- Dedicated, hardworking person who fits in with a hardworking, passionate team
- Quick learner and ability to retain a lot of information is important
- A strong desire or at least happiness to undertake further training is key
