Banning Dental Group is looking for a new Treatment Coordinator/Head receptionist to join our Practice at Canning Town. The head receptionist at Banning Dental Group plays a pivotal role in leading the reception team. Banning Dental Groupe has an exceptional standard for operating patient and customer-oriented care; the patients are to be treated in the centre, and their feedback is with seriousness. With experience in Invisalign, Orthodontics, Composite Bonding & Dental Implants, to ensure each interaction is personalised and supportive.
- Client Relationship Building
- Train new joiner into the reception team
- Coordinate the patient efficiently to schedule appointments for all patients and adherence to protocols.
- Discuss treatment options with clients, providing information on procedures, expected outcomes, and financial estimates to assist them in making informed decisions.
- Documentation - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, appointment notes, and treatment preferences by established protocols.
- Team Collaboration - Collaborate with other team members to coordinate appointments, share insights, and ensure a seamless client booking process.
- Customer Satisfaction - Strive to exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience throughout the consultation booking process.
- Ability to understand and relate to the emotions and needs of our patients, ensuring a compassionate approach in all interactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and guide patients.
- Attention to Detail - Meticulous attention to detail in scheduling appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Focus - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring each patient feels valued and supported.
- Target-Driven - Ability to meet or exceed booking targets and call goals, demonstrating a results-oriented approach.
- Consultative Sales Approach - Ability to engage in meaningful conversations with patients, addressing their concerns and objection handling with empathy and understanding, while providing informative guidance on treatment options and financial considerations.
- Previous Dental Experience - Prior experience in a dental setting, demonstrating an understanding of dental procedures and terminology. Ideal for a previous Practice Manager, Dental Nurse, or Treatment Coordinator.
- Team Player - Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve common goals and enhance the patient experience.
- Proactive Approach - Initiative to anticipate patient needs and proactively address any concerns or questions during the booking process
