Aftersales Projects Coordinator

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support Projects Manager in all activities related to planning, data and document management and scope management.
- Co-ordinate all administrative tasks relating to new and ongoing projects.
- Assist Projects Manager with project start-up activities and mobilisation.
- Provide administrative expertise to global and regional Aftersales teams.
- Ensure performance targets are established and maintained as per instructions from NOV ISE Wireline and Flowline board and managed through standard business processes and system.
- Assist with the design and development of reporting requirements for Aftersales teams.
- Be a contact point for customers (internal and external) and external suppliers for the duration of project development, implementation and ongoing support.
- Act as a guardian for all relevant data and encourage accurate working practices within the global and regional Aftersales teams.
- Pro-actively suggest and drive improvements in the Aftersales systems and processes, and document those improvements accordingly.
- Attend and participate in meetings and task force groups related to Aftersales projects, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain a specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements and policies.
- Author and maintain training documentation for global Aftersales systems.
- Deploy user training and support for adopted global Aftersales systems.
- Suggest preventive and corrective actions.
- Travel (domestic and international) when required to support the needs of the business.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Degree minimum or relevant experience (essential).

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Working experience in a coordinating and/or data administration role (essential).
- Experience in an aftersales/customer support environment (desirable).

**SKILLS, TRAINING OR SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE**:

- Computer literacy - a demonstrable competence in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook (essential).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (desirable).
- Knowledge of data manipulation and reporting tools e.g. SQL Server Management Studio, MS Access, Power BI (desirable).
- A working knowledge of Power Automate would be advantageous (desirable).
