Job Summary:

As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily activities, promoting their independence, and ensuring their well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and assistance to individuals within the care home, (16 beds only)
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
- Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Support individuals with dementia care needs, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
- Accompany individuals to medical appointments or social outings
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for individuals under your care

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a care-related role is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of home care practices and procedures an advantage
- Have the ability to provide compassionate and person-centred care
- Good communication skills
