Job Title: Credit Control and Sales Ledger Supervisor

Location: Inverness

About the Company: Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing Industrial company seeking a Credit Control and Sales Ledger Supervisor to join their finance team. They are a well established company delivering excellent products/services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the credit control and sales ledger team
- Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment collection
- Maintain accurate sales ledger records and resolve payment discrepancies
- Assess creditworthiness and establish credit limits for customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer queries and disputes
- Prepare reports on credit control performance and cash flow projections
- Enforce credit control policies and ensure compliance

Qualifications:

- Qualification in finance, accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in credit control and sales ledger management (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of credit control principles and regulations
- Proficient in using various softwares, i.e, MS Office, Excel
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Inverness: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales Ledger: 3 years (preferred)
- Credit control: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
