St Albans, United Kingdom Clearly Education Full time

We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly St Albans Team, supporting our Consultants on a daily basis.

We supply temporary & permanent staff to local schools, nurseries & other educational settings across South East England. The role will be working with our small, friendly team in St Albans where you will be well supported by experienced consultants and the branch manager.

The role can be either full time (all year round) or full days Monday to Friday time term-time only.

**Main duties**:

- Screening applicants on the telephone and face to face
- Dealing with registration paperwork and compliance documents. Uploading information onto the database
- Assisting with general day to day admin

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an admin role or office environment
- Good Microsoft Office IT skills
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Organised, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a flexible approach to work
- Ability to work on own initiative with a pro-active attitude
