Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a leading organisation based in the St Albans area. This growing organisation have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator, preferably with E-Commerce experience, to join their team.

Salary - £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience

Some of the duties will include:

- Analyse the sales data and forecast sales projections
- List all items accurately
- Price check all items to ensure company margins are met
- Research competitor activity
- Create and recommend product promotions to increase sales
- Ensure all orders are raised on the system correctly
- Ensure all PO's are linked to sales orders
- Check all shipment dates are correct
- Arrange all stock to be delivered into Amazon
- Investigate and process refunds
- Reply to all customer queries via an app or website
- Speak to Amazon directly regarding any queries on the company account
- General administration and clerical duties
- Previous experience within a similar role
- High level of attention to detail
- Previous experience working with Amazon
- Work well within a team
- Strong administration skills
- Great analytical skills
- Local to St Albans
