**About us**
Energy Green Insulation is a heating and insulation installer who work with the Government scheme to provide energy efficiency improvements.

**Your new role**
To provide day to day administration for the Functional Support Teams based at the Luton Office, and to take on the responsibilities required for the day to day running of the Office.
- Act as main point of contact at the Office
- Carry out consistent onboarding for the company
- Record, process invoices
- Track assigned actions.
- Co-ordinate the calendar and Organise meetings.
- Updating information across various platforms
- Other general administrative duties

**General**
- Proactive time management.
- Coordinate and deliver day to day activities and administration.
- Assist with communications.
- To be flexible with hours as necessary

**Preferred Skills**
- Should be enthusiastic, self-sufficient, and adaptable.
- Experienced with working in a deadline-sensitive and pressurised environment, displaying the ability to remain calm, organise workload efficiently, prioritise conflicting deadlines and adapt to varying situations as they occur.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, is proactive with excellent written and oral communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Flexible in undertaking these duties and any other duties as required.

**The ability to work on own initiative and be flexible when required.**

**Education**:
Certification of Higher Education (preferred)

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Luton, LU2 8DL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
