- £90,000 - £100,000***An extremely prestigious and high-end Hospitality and Lifestyle group are looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the Founder. They own some of Europe’s most desirable and tasteful hotels and restaurants - and having an extensive list of future projects in the pipeline. A super exciting place to work, they are an expanding company and are based in gorgeous offices in Waterloo.

This is a challenging role supporting an intensely busy Principal who often requires around the clock assistance. The right EA will be resilient and thick skinned and accustomed to handling a very fast pace. Working alongside a Chief of Staff, the EA will manage all day to day needs; from global travel (often private jets), coordinating meetings with global teams on different time zones to completely ad hoc personal tasks.

In order for the EA to succeed in this role, they must be a ‘yes’ person and happy doing all tasks even if they are not ‘on the job spec’, with a smile. You will be working for an amazing company, surrounded by a fantastic and supportive team.

**Duties will include but are by no means limited to**:

- Ensuring the seamless organisation of the diary (both business and personal), across all time zones.
- Act as the gatekeeper.
- Inbox management for multiple inboxes; vet and respond in a timely manner.
- Tight and seamless travel management; you’ll book flights, accommodation, ground transportation and liaise with concierge services on worldwide travel.
- You keep visas and passports updated.
- Guiding the Founder from meeting to meeting, providing lunches and refreshments where needed.
- Expenses and invoices - keeping on top of all Founder’s office spend and processing the Founder office invoices with accounts, ensuring everything is coded and allocated correctly.
- Management of stakeholders - building positive relationships with key internal stakeholders both locally and globally, and across all levels of the business. You’re representing the Founder at all times.
- Ad hoc errands and duties and the management and organisation of social activities and itineraries, entertainment and restaurant reservations.
- Have solid senior EA experience, supporting at CEO / Founder level before
- Be an excellent communicator - both written and spoken English
- Have high levels of emotional intelligence
- Be a natural relationship builder and able to speak to people at all levels
- Be naturally calm, unflappable and solutions driven
- Be thick skinned
