Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences that empower people and enable businesses to achieve their goals? We're seeking a talented and motivated Hospitality Assistant to join our team at ISS, the world's greatest service organisation

As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in helping us deliver exceptional services to our customers throughout Key Accounts 1, Key Accounts 2, and Specialised Services. You'll be dedicated to the Jefferies International Contract, providing frontline customer service in Guest Services, Food, and Hospitality. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of client services throughout the executive meeting floor and entertainment spaces within 100 Bishopsgate.

As a Hospitality Assistant, you'll work closely with our clients and colleagues to ensure that every detail is taken care of, from setting up meeting rooms to providing top-notch catering services. **Key Responsibilities**_**_
- Coordinate the day to day delivery of hospitality from the client serving kitchen
- Prepare, set up and clear refreshments and food offerings in meeting rooms in a timely manner and to set standards
- Deliver the supply of food and beverage items to ensure quality, variety, presentation, temperature and taste are maintained at the standard required by the client
- Support the logístical set up and clear up of all meeting rooms including furniture and AV equipment.
- Wash and polish dishes, crockery, glasses, cutlery etc.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy at all time
- Report any defects on equipment to the relevant person/department
- Manage daily and weekly stock control of supplies

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**_**_
- GCSE Math and English or equivalent
- Level 3 Food Safety (Essential)
- Relevant corporate / hospitality/ customer service experience
- Experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office, Condecco)
- Events and corporate hospitality experience
- Professional, committed, conscientious, pro-active and innovative
- Numerate, accurate and confident and can work on own initiative
- Strong communicator able to communicate with clients, operations, suppliers, and team with prior client facing experience
