Accounts Payable Clerk
Key Responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Processing invoices using Xero (training given)
- Statement reconciliations
- Accounts query management
- Pro-actively identify issues and escalate when required
- Promptly and accurately allocate payment on the system
- Manage incoming queries through a personal and accounts inbox
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast, multi-tasking environment
- Work directly with clients to research and resolve discrepancies, handle unpaid invoices.
- Add weekly invoices
- Work with cross departments to resolve accounts issues.
About you as the Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Have excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Be able to meet deadlines in a fast, multi-tasking environment
- Proven record to work independently and effectively within or across teams
- Highly organised, with great levels of attention to detail
- Strong IT knowledge including Excel.
- Great communications skills
- Be a strong team player and can-do attitude
Job Offer
