Temporary Credit Controller

Eager to hear from immidiately available Credit Controller’s in the Wokingham area who are looking for a new challenge. Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting a local, Wokingham based, client who are looking for a ‘Senior Credit Controller’on a 6 month temporary basis. Reporting into the Credit Control Manager, this role is a temporary opportunity to support our client during a period of growth.

Duties may include:

- Collection of agent debts within their agreed payment terms
- Check and action commission claims
- Release due commissions and credit agent accounts
- Processing of commissions and/or refunds ready for payment
- Allocation and reconciliation of agent accounts
- Control of key main agent accounts
- Dealing with agent enquiries
- Communicating with Sales Directors and Managers when necessary
- Crediting agent accounts with any agreed bonuses or incentives
- Correction of student bookings when necessary
- Assisting the Admissions teams with any agent questions
- Assisting with agent refer
